WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT FOR YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.®
By accessing, visiting, or otherwise using yyexps.com (“the Site”), you are entering into this Website User Agreement (the “Agreement”) with YY Express Service inc. (YY Express Service) and you agree to be bound by the Agreement in connection with your access and use of the Site. This Site is owned and operated by YY Express Service inc.
For purposes of this Agreement, “YY Express Service inc. (YY Express Service)”, “us”, “we”, or “our” means YY Express Service inc. (YY Express Service). If you are accessing the Site within the United States and YY Express Service inc. (YY Express Service) if you are accessing the Site from anywhere else in the world.
Please read our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), which also govern your creation of membership on the Site, shipping a parcel or accessing, visiting or otherwise using the Site or any of our other products or services that link to the Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you also agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Services. To the extent you have also entered into and are subject to the Terms and Conditions, this Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference into, and forms a part of, the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will apply.
This Agreement may be amended from time to time at YY Express Service inc. (YY Express Service) discretion and without prior notice to you. Visitors to the Site are encouraged to review this Agreement from time to time as your continued use of the Site will indicate your acceptance of the terms herein.

For all shipments status, YYEXPS might send a notification of the package delivered to the shipper and receiver through text or email where msg & data rates may apply.

YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® PICK UP SERVICE POLICY
YY Express Service Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring their packages are securely located for pickup. YY Express Service Inc. is not liable for delays due to the package has incorrect package information, incomplete address information, or is otherwise not ready for pickup.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® PACKING SERVICE POLICY
YY Express Service Inc. strives to provide the highest quality packing services, but we cannot guarantee the safety of the items being shipped packed safely. The shipper and the person requesting the packing services are solely responsible for any damage or loss of content that may occur on items packed by YY Express Service Inc.. YY Express Service Inc. will not be held accountable for any such damages or losses.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.®
FRAGILE AND PERISHABLE INSURANCE COVERAGE DETAILS
YY Express Service Inc.'s lost and damage policy does not cover content lost and/or damage within the package and does not cover the loss of content that is being packed by YY Express Service Inc. due to the content being handed to YY Express Service Inc. unpacked. If content in the package is damaged due to improper packaging by the shipper and/or YY Express Service Inc., compensation is not available. YY Express Service Inc.’s damage policy does not cover fragile and perishable content. If damage occurs to perishable content (not including fragile content) due to shipping delays with Express Services Levels, only the shipping fee can be claimed for a refund.

RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT AND REFUSE SHIPMENTS
YY Express Service Inc. reserves the right to inspect all packages shipped through YY Express Service Inc. All packages and their contents will be inspected for security, and accuracy. YY Express Service reserves the right to refuse shipment of any illegal items, or packages containing items that may be deemed illegal by the laws and regulations of the country in which the package is shipped. If a package is deemed to contain illegal items, YY Express Service will contact the relevant authorities and may need to hand the package over to them for further investigation.
YY Express Service Inc.® reserves the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not properly packed or is deemed to be a potential danger to our employees or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country where the item is being shipped.
We also reserve the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not in compliance with our company’s policies. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any package or shipment that does not meet the above criteria. If a package or shipment has been refused, we will contact the sender to make them aware of the reason for the refusal. If a package or shipment is accepted, we will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or losses that occur during transit.

RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPACK PACKAGE & SHIPMENTS
YY Express Service Inc.® reserves the right to repackage and ship any package or shipment sent to or through our service. We reserve the right to repackage any item that is too large or heavy, or in a way that would protect the item from any potential damage that may occur during transit. This includes items that are unusually shaped, fragile, or require special handling due to their size or weight. We reserve the right to repackage any item that has been packed incorrectly, or if the packaging is not suitable for safe transportation. When repacking any item, we will use appropriate materials and methods to ensure the item is safely and securely repacked. We will use cushioning materials, shock-absorbing materials, and other protective measures to ensure the item is secure and protected during transit. We will not repack any item in a manner that would cause damage to the item or reduce its protection from damage. We will also not remove any existing packaging that is deemed necessary for the safe and secure transportation of the item.
YY Express Service Inc.® reserves the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not properly packed or is deemed to be a potential danger to our employees or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country where the item is being shipped.
We also reserve the right to refuse to ship any package or shipment that is not in compliance with our company’s policies. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any package or shipment that does not meet the above criteria. If a package or shipment has been refused, we will contact the sender to make them aware of the reason for the refusal. If a package or shipment is accepted, we will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or losses that occur during transit.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® RIGHT TO HOLD SHIPMENT
YY Express Service Inc. reserves the right to withhold shipments due to non-payment of relevant shipping fees. In the event that a delay or loss of service and/or goods occurs due to such withholding, YY Express Service Inc. shall not be liable for any resulting damages or losses. Furthermore, YY Express Service Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses or damages arising from such a withholding. The shipper shall remain liable for the payment of all shipping fees in accordance with the terms of the policy.
YY Express Service reserves the right to hold all shipments for which shipping fees remain unpaid. Shipments will be held for a period of up to 7 days at no charge. Following this period, a storage fee of $1 per day, per package, will be incurred.
If a shipment is held for 30 days, YY Express Service reserves the right to dispose of the shipment at that time. After 30 days, all insurance coverage purchased for the shipment will become void, and no compensation will be available.
In instances where the package remains in our facility beyond 30 days, a storage fee of $2.50 per day, per package, will be applicable from the 31st to the 60th day. Beginning on the 61st day, the fee will increase to $5 per day, per package. Additionally, YY Express Service reserves the right to impose extra storage fees based on the size and dimensions of the package.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® RIGHT TO DISPOSE
We reserve the right to dispose of any shipment left at our facility for more than 30 days if the shipper has not provided further instructions regarding the handling of the package.
In cases where a shipper has provided further instructions but has not made the required payment or collected their shipment, we will consider the package unclaimed after 30 days. Regardless of the instructions given, we will prepare the package for disposal if the shipper fails to complete payment or retrieval within this time frame.
If a shipper has outstanding storage fees and shipping fees that have not been paid, any partial payments made will be applied towards the outstanding storage fees. However, any unpaid shipping fees will still be considered outstanding. As a result, if the shipping fees are not settled, the shipment will still be processed for disposal.
**Damaged or Compromised Shipments**: If a shipment is received in a damaged or compromised condition, we will assess the situation and may dispose of the package immediately if it poses a risk or is deemed unsalvageable. If the shipper does not claim the package within 30 days, it will be treated as unclaimed and disposed of accordingly.
**Perishable Goods**: Perishable goods that are not claimed immediately upon arrival, or that are found to be damaged or leaking, will be disposed of immediately to prevent spoilage and ensure safety.
**Hazardous Materials**: Shipments containing hazardous materials or illegal/prohibited items will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Such items may be disposed of immediately without notice if they pose a safety risk.
**Refused Shipments**: Shipments that are refused at the time of delivery will be held for a period of 30 days. If not collected within that timeframe, these packages will be deemed unclaimed and will be disposed of.
**Communication Attempts**: We will make reasonable attempts to communicate with the shipper regarding unclaimed packages, including up to three notifications via email or phone. After these attempts, if the package remains unclaimed, it will be processed for disposal.
**Account Closure**: If a shipper has a history of excessive unclaimed packages or unpaid fees, we reserve the right to close their account. In such cases, any future shipments will be subject to immediate disposal if not claimed in a timely manner.
**Legal or Regulatory Compliance**: YY Express Service Inc.® will adhere to all applicable legal obligations and regulations when disposing of packages. This includes compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding the disposal of certain types of items.
**Notification Period**: Before proceeding with disposal of any package that has been unclaimed for 30 days, we will attempt to provide a final notification to the shipper via email or phone. This notification will outline the intent to dispose of the package.
During the holding period, the shipper will be responsible for any storage fees incurred.
After 30 days, with or without instructions or payments from the shipper, the package will be treated as unclaimed and will be disposed of in accordance with our disposal policy.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® REQUEST A RETURN
At YY Express Service Inc., we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of service for their shipping needs. We understand that there may be circumstances where the shipper needs the package to be returned to its origin. Returns can be processed before the shipment is delivered, or before the recipient receives the package. After delivery, we will make every effort to recover the package and return it, but we cannot guarantee its success due to the nature of the delivery. The recipient will be responsible for any additional costs that may occur.
SHIPPING ADDRSS RESPONSIBILRTY
One crucial aspect of our service policy states that it is the responsibility of the shipper to provide an accurate and correct shipping address. It is imperative that the shipper diligently double-checks the address details before initiating the shipment process. Failure to provide the correct shipping address may result in delivery delays, misrouting, or even the loss of the parcel. Consequently, we strongly emphasize that the shipper must ensure the accuracy and validity of the recipient's address to facilitate a smooth and successful delivery process.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of providing an incorrect shipping address.
YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® ADDRESS CHANGE
Address changes can be requested before shipment is delivered. All address changes must be verified by the customer, and any additional costs associated with the address change will be the responsibility of the customer. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an incorrect address being provided by the customer, YY Express Service Inc. will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.
SHIPPING INFORMATION USAGE AGREEMENT
YY Express Service Inc. collects personal information from you, including your name, address, phone number, and WeChat ID, to facilitate future identification and communication. The information we collect may be used and shared with our third-party partners to deliver efficient shipping and logistics services.
Additionally, we may utilize this information to update you and the recipient about our latest promotions and services. YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.® RECEIVER REFUSE SHIPMENT
If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment, YY Express Service Inc. will return the shipment to the shipper and the shipper will be responsible for all additional costs associated with the return.

DETENTION, DISPOSAL, DAMAGE, AND LOSSES OF SHIPMENTS:
If the destination country's customs department detains or disposes of the shipment in accordance with the destination country's customs regulations, YY Express Service Inc. shall not be liable for any resulting losses, including those caused by delays, damages, or complications arising from the customs process. Please be aware that delays in customs clearance may occur due to various factors, and we encourage shippers to allow for additional time beyond the expected delivery schedule.
RETURN OF SHIPMENT:
If a shipment cannot be cleared through customs, the shipper may request the shipment to be returned to the shipper. In such cases, the shipper is responsible for all additional fees that may occur. These fees include, but are not limited to, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other related expenses.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR FEES:
Both the shipper and/or the receiver shall be responsible for any fees incurred in the process of clearing the package through customs. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Storage charges
- Additional duties
- Taxes
- Customs processing fees
- Inspection fees
- Brokerage fees
- Re-exportation fees
- Charges for documentation or additional paperwork
YY Express Service Inc. encourages shippers and receivers to be aware of their responsibilities regarding customs fees to avoid any delays or additional costs.

YES POST ™ SERVICES EXPLAINED
YY Express Service Inc.'s YES POST ™ services are services that YY Express Service Inc. provides packing, shipping label and hand the shipment over to a third-party courier company (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL etc.) for the transport of shipments to the receiver. In simple terms, packages are shipped through third-party courier will YY Express Service Inc. providing the label.
SHIPMENT LOSS IN PASSION OF YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.
For YES POST ™ services, if a package is loss in the possession of YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.®, YY EXPRESS SERVICE CENTER ™, YY EXPRESS SERVICE POINT ™ or YY EXPRESS DROP OF POINT ™ before handing it over to the third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL etc." claims are to be file directly with YY Express Service Inc.. The maximum compensation per package is $50 for "YES POST CHINA DIRECT™" services and $100 for all other "YES POST™" services without insurance purchased and the shipping fee is not refundable.
SHIPMENT LOSS IN PASSION OF 3RD PARTY COURIER
If the packages are lost after the package is hand over to a third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL etc." the maximum compensation for the content in the package is $100 without insurance purchased from the third-party courier and the shipping fee is not refundable. It will be the shipper and/or the receiver responsibility to file the claim with the third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc.". Claims are to be file directly with the third-party courier and all claims responsibility does not limit compensation funds, etc. will be turned over to the third-party courier.
If loss of shipment occurs, a proof of the content value is required for compensation for some couriers. If the shipper has any difficulty with filing claims, the shipper may request YY Express Service Inc. to assist with file a claim filing on the behalf of the shipper and a service fee may occur.
SHIPMENT DAMAGED IN-TANSIT
If an item is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, YY Express Service Inc. will not be liable for the damage. It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure that all items shipped through our service are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. If an item is damaged in transit due to an issue with the YY Express Service Inc. or a third-party courier, we will work with you to file a claim with the courier. YY Express Service Inc. cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, but we will do our best to assist in the process. If a claim is approved, YY Express Service Inc. will reimburse the customer for the item and shipping fee is not refundable.
SHIPMENT LOST AFTER DELIVERY
At YY Express Service Inc., we take pride in ensuring that all of our shipments shipped through a third-party courier are delivered safely and on time. If a package is lost after delivery by a third-party courier, we will use reasonable efforts to contact the third-party courier to trace the shipment and help to recover it, but we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be recovered. In the event that the recipient is not able to provide proof of delivery, the third-party courier reserves the right to refuse any refunds or compensation.

You can claim up to $50,000 per package or $100,000 per shipment.
LIABILITY FOE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF DOCUMENTS
At YY Express Service Inc., we take the utmost care in handling and delivering documents. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of documents, which includes documents in any format such as paper, electronic files (e.g. PDFs, Word documents, etc.), photographs, drawings, videos, check, money order or any other type of cash payments, or any other type of media. We are unable to offer any insurance or other financial compensation for any such losses or damages. The only recourse available should a loss or damage occur is for us to refund the shipping fee for the affected documents.
GUARANTEED YES POST ™'S EXPRESS SERVICES AND DELAYS
These services include "YES POST EXPRESS ™" and "YES POST EXPRESS PRIORITY ™". Guaranteed services are service that are guaranteed to be deliver by the next business day by 12:00 noon for "YES POST EXPRESS PRIORITY ™" and next business day by 9:00 evening for "YES POST EXPRESS ™" as long as the package is shipped before the designated cut-off time. If the package does not arrive on time, the shipper will be able to file a refund claim for the shipping charges with the third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL etc." the package was shipped through by YY Express Service Inc..
REFUND CLAIM WON'T BE AVILIABLE UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES:
Refunds will not be available if the package was shipped to an incorrect address, if the customer requested an address change after the package was shipped, if the package was damaged or delayed due to an act of God, if the package was delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, if the package was held due to customs clearance, if the package was delayed due to unforeseen transportation issues beyond the courier's control, if the package was returned or refused due to an incomplete or incorrect address, if the customer refused delivery, or if the package was damaged due to improper packaging. If perishable goods are damaged due to delays, only the shipping fee is eligible for a refund; compensation will not be available for the perishable goods.

YY Express Service Inc.'s YES GROUND™ services are services that YY Express Service Inc. provides for packing, shipping label and handling the shipment for the transport of shipments to the recipient. In simple terms, packages are to be handled by YY Express Service Inc. from the possession of the package until the delivery of the package to the recipient.
SHIPMENT LOSS IN PASSION OF YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.
For YES GROUND ™ services, if a package is loss in the possession of YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC.®, YY EXPRESS SERVICE CENTER ™, YY EXPRESS SERVICE POINT ™ or YY EXPRESS DROP OF POINT ™ claims are to be file directly with YY Express Service Inc.. The maximum compensation per package is $100 without insurance purchased and the shipping fee is not refundable.

We will use reasonable efforts to trace the shipment and help to recover it, but we cannot guarantee that the shipment will be recovered. In the event that the recipient is not able to provide proof of delivery, YY Express Service Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refunds or compensation.

DETAINS, DISPOSAL, DAMAGE, AND LOSSES OF SHIPMENT:
If the destination country's customs department detains or disposes of the shipment in accordance with the destination country's customs regulations, YY Express Service Inc. shall not be liable for any resulting losses, including those caused by delays, damages, etc.
RETURN OF SHIPMENT:
If shipment can't be cleared thorough custom the shipper may request the shipment to be returned to the shipper, in such case the shipper is responsible for all additional fee that may occur these fees includes but not limited to shipping fee, customs, duties, taxes and etc.

LIABILITY FOE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF DOCUMENTS
At YY Express Service Inc., we take the utmost care in handling and delivering documents. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of documents, which includes documents in any format such as paper, electronic files (e.g. PDFs, Word documents, etc.), photographs, drawings, videos, check, money order or any other type of cash payments, or any other type of media. We are unable to offer any insurance or other financial compensation for any such losses or damages. The only recourse available should a loss or damage occur is for us to refund the shipping fee for the affected documents.

SINCE LOG LTD.'s SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS™ services insurance coverage plan covers the loss of shipments that are being shipped through SINCE LOG LTD.'s SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS™ services. This service includes "SINCE® AIR DRIECT ™", "SINCE® AIR CONSOLIDATED ™", "SINCE® SEA DIRECT ™"and "SINCE® SEA CONSOLIDATED ™", and other import services provided by SINCE LOG LTD. Claims are to be file with SINCE LOG LTD.®.
SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ SERVICES EXPLAINED
SINCE LOG LTD.'s SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS™ services are services that SINCE LOG LTD. provides, which involve receiving, repacking, and shipping to the destination country through consolidation shipping methods or direct methods, and then having YY Express Service Inc. or a third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc." deliver them to the recipient.
CONSOLIDATION SHIPPING METHODS:
Where many recipients package are consolidated in to one package and/or shipment.
DIRECT METHODS:
Where there is only one recipient per shipment.
REGISTRATION OF YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. “YY” MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
Before using the SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ Service provided by YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. and SINCE LOG LTD., you agree to register a “YY” membership number with YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. In the process of registration, YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. will gather information from you such as your name, address, phone, email, and WeChat ID to identify you in the future. Information gathered from you may be used and shared with our third-party partners to provide shipping/logistics services. For more information regarding "terms of use" and "privacy policy" please refer to the page "terms of use" and "privacy policy" on our website “www.yyexps.com/terms-conditions-privacy-policy”. Without a “YY” number you are not allowed to use SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ Service provided by YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. and SINCE LOG LTD. Any loss or damages to a shipment due to not registering a “YY” membership is to be considered at your own risk, no compensation will be available for any loss and damage that occurs. The “YY” number will be provided by YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. after this agreement is signed, the “YY” number provided will not be shown on the registration page, form and etc..
SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ SERVICE'S LOSS OR DAMAGE COMPENSATION EXPLAINED
CONSOLIDATION SHIPPING METHODS:
Due to the nature of Consolidation Shipping Method, 3rd party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL etc." won't be able to provide insurance coverage, our company YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. and SINCE LOG LTD. will provide limited shipping protection coverage for loss and damages of shipment for using SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS™ services. Due to many circumstances shipping may be delayed there will not be compensation or protection for shipment delays. It is at your own risk to choose to ship with the consolidated import shipping method.
DIRECT METHODS:
Shipping insurance maybe purchased for a third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc." through SINCE LOG LTD. The maximum compensation for a package is $100 without insurance purchased from the third-party courier and the shipping fee is not refundable. It will be the shipper and/or the receiver responsibility to file the claim with the third-party courier "UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc.". For compensation to be compensated the third-party courier must approve the claim first. Claims are to be file directly with the third-party courier and all claims responsibility does not limit compensation funds, etc. will be turned over to the third-party courier. If loss of shipment occurs, a proof of the content value is required for compensation for some couriers. If the shipper has any difficulty with filing claims, the shipper may request YY Express Service Inc. to assist with file a claim filing on the behalf of the shipper and a service fee may occur. SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ SERVICE'S LOSS OR DAMAGE COMPENSATION POLICY
Compensation Section 1: (Shipment Lost/ Detained at Customs)
BY SINCE® SEA CONSOLIDATED ™: If the cargo/shipment is lost in transit by SINCE® SEA CONSOLIDATED ™, the freight/shipping fee for the particular item lost will be refunded and paid at CNY (Chinese Yen) 20 CNY/Kg. Fragile items are not covered under our compensation policy.
***If the cargo/shipment is detained at customs, compensation will not be available.
BY SINCE® AIR CONSOLIDATED ™: If the cargo/shipment is lost in transit by SINCE® AIR CONSOLIDATED ™, the freight/shipping fee for the particular item lost will be refunded and paid at CNY (Chinese Yen) 30 CNY/Kg. Fragile items are not covered under our compensation policy.
***If the cargo/shipment is detained at customs, compensation will not be available.
BY SINCE® SEA DIRECT ™: The maximum compensation for a package is $100 without insurance purchased from the third-party courier and the shipping fee is not refundable. For more information on additional insureance, please contact SINCE LOG LTD.

***The compensation payment will be compensated within 20 days after the file claims have been approved by SINCE LOG LTD.. If you choose USD as the form of compensation, the refund will be based on the current exchange rate.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Compensation will not be available for cargos/shipments that is damaged in transit. It's the shipper's/receiver's responsibility to take protective measures.
FRAGILE, PERISHABLES, VALUABLES & ITEMS
These items are considered to be at ‘owner's risk’ (that is, they are NOT covered by our compensation policy) but it’s totally up to you to ship them. There is no compensation available for fragile and perishable items, choose to ship these types of items with SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™., you do so at your own risk.
Please do not mail valuables through by SINCE® SEA CONSOLIDATED ™ and/or by SINCE® AIR CONSOLIDATED ™. Only limit compensation will be available. if you choose to mail valuables please do so through by SINCE® SEA DIRECT ™ and/or by SINCE® AIR DIRECT ™
RIGHT TO INSPECTION AND REPACK
By using SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ you authorized us or any of our third-party partners the authority to inspect your shipment for any non-shippable goods or/and any goods that have to be sorted into the right category to be shipped. By using SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ you also authorized us or any of our third-party partners the authority to repack your shipments or/and repack your shipment with other shipments to lower your shipping cost.
*YY Express Service Inc. and our third-party partners will try our best to pack all content that is being sent. The shipper of the shipment and/or the person requesting the content to be packed by YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party partners agrees not to hold YY Express Service Inc. responsible for any damage due to improperly packed items, since shipments are to be handed over to YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party partners properly packed.
NON-RETURNABLE SHIPMENT
After your shipment arrives at our warehouse or our third-party partners’ warehouse of the origin countries, If you would like your particular shipment/item to be sent back to the (“shipper” who shipped the shipment to our or third-party partners’ warehouse “not referring to the signer”) please do so before the item is being packed for shipping overseas from the origin country. After your particular item leaves our warehouse in the origin country it will not be returnable.
SHIPMENT DELAY
In the event of weather, customs inspections, and other reasons causing delays in arrival as scheduled. In this case, the company will still try its best to complete the transportation as early as possible with our shipping partners.
SHIPMENTS THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT ON SHIP/PLANE ON TIME
There is no competition for perishables goods. The loss caused by this situation is not compensated by the company. If you choose to send perishable goods please try to send goods that will last for more than 6 months. Perishable goods are considered to be at ‘owner's risk’ (that is, they are NOT covered by YY Express Service Inc. Shipping Insurance) but it’s totally up to you to send them.
SHIPMENTS THAT DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE WAREHOUSE ON TIME
On the day of the scheduled dispatch period deadline, if your item was not delivered to the warehouse, the item is still on the way to the warehouse, or no tracking number was issued, it will be automatically transferred to the next scheduled dispatch period.
UNPAID FREIGHT
YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party partners reserves the right to hold the shipment of the goods if the freight has not been paid. If the payment is not paid, the goods will not be shipped. After 30 days in the warehouse, the warehouse will start charging a storage fee. Any loss and damage that occurs will not be compensated.
PARCEL UNCLAIMED
If the shipment arrives in the destination country's warehouse and, if the package is unclaimed within 90 days, YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party partners will have the right to get rid of the shipment. In this case, after the shipment arrives in the destination country's warehouse after 30 days of being unclaimed, the destination country's warehouse will start charging a storage fee. YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party partners reserves the right to hold the shipment of the goods if the storage fee is not paid. Any loss and damage that occurs due to not claiming the item after arrival at the destination warehouses within 30 days will not be covered by SINCE® AIR & SEA IMPORTS ™ SERVICE'S LOSS OR DAMAGE COMPENSATION POLICY.
RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT
The company has the right to not accept packages or to provide services to those that might affect the well-being of others, and will affect the company's interests, etc., or without any reason. Right to Removal/ Terminate YY Express Service Inc. reserves all the rights of the “YY” number provided to the signer it included and does not limit to remove, terminate, and/or change of the “YY” number without notice. If the signer chooses to cancel this agreement with seven (7) business days' notice to YY Express Service Inc.
CHANGES TO TERMS
YY Express Service Inc. & SINCE LOG LTD. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which YY Express Service Inc. is offered. YY Express Service Inc. reserved the right to transfer this agreement to another company. YY Express Service Inc. reserved the right to have any add-on on this agreement as a rider with prior notice to the signer. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. YY Express Service Inc. encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates at www.yyexps.com/shipping-service-policies.

At YY Express Service Inc., we take the safety and security of our customers and their shipments seriously. We have a strict policy on prohibited and dangerous items that cannot be shipped with our service.
Prohibited Items:
- Anything packages over 150 lbs.
- The length and girth of the package is greater than 165 inches
- Over 108 inches on any side of the package - Any illegal goods
- Live animals - Cigarettes or tobacco products
- Alcoholic beverages
- Firearms
- Dangerous items
- Some batteries

- Goods that are or may be dangerous

- Any other item that could damage anyone or property

- Art - Jewelry, gemstones, trinkets or personal ornaments such as rings, necklaces, trinkets or other items containing jewelry or precious metals
If you choose to send any of these items with YY Express Service Inc., you do so at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any of the above goods to be shipped. If we reasonably suspect that your package may contain any prohibited or dangerous goods, we reserve the right to refuse to accept it for carriage or to refuse to collect the package. YY Express Service Inc. shall not be liable for the package if we refuse to collect the package under these terms.
We remind customers that when you use YY Express Service Inc. or our third-party provider, you assure us that your package does not contain any prohibited or dangerous items. Goods of this nature will not be covered and our couriers will not be able to transport them. If you send a package containing any of the above items, you are in breach of YY Express Service Inc.'s warranty and cause YY Express Service Inc. to violate its policies and terms. In this case, the delivery partner of the YYY Express Service Inc. has the right to dispose of any package deemed to contain contraband or dangerous goods. In this case, you will be solely responsible for any adverse consequences (including loss or damage) arising out of your sending the goods. YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE TO YY EXPRESS SERVICE INC. FOR ALL DAMAGE, INJURY AND CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR SHIPPING OF CONTRACTED PRODUCTS. YY Express Service Inc. may also choose to disable your account.
